This on location photography workshop will teach students the perfect way to photograph subjects outdoors in the evening.
Sunset Photography using Flash and Strobes will be a creative workshop studying light exposure, and how to not only match the outdoor light but to get the right exposure on your subject and getting the right exposure on the beautiful setting sun, using artificial light outdoors.
We will be working with flash and strobe lighting and different types of light modifiers. INCLUDING!! A NEW lighting product designed by Xavier which was picked up by Savage Universal. In fact its not even on the market yet! ** Get a first look at this new LED lighting product and see how to use it outdoors.
All attendees will be able to use the lighting equipment demonstrated in the workshop, to use with their camera, to fully experience the light and go home with beautiful images from this photo shoot workshop.
This workshop will take place at Tandy Hills Nature Reserve. This will be an evening workshop, as we will be wanting to work with the time right before sunset, through sunset. More information on time will be coming soon. Right now it is tentatively set..
There will be a Live Photo shoot for all attendees with a model to practice techniques on, using a flash outdoors during the sunset, at this beautiful prairie field.
Attendees will need their digital camera and a flash and or reflector is optional.
Tandy Hills is a 160 acre prairie field located just minutes from downtown Fort Worth.
Photos On The Vine is a local photography studio which also rents studio space and holds various types of photography classes from beginner classes to studio lighting.
Attendees can receive refund up to 1 day before event start date.
